BURRO HIKE!

Trace the footsteps of the miners who, with their faithful companions, walked through this high-alpine valley in the late 19th Century.

Join us for a day of hiking in and around the North Mosquito Creek basin with our donkey friends and their people from ReDONKulous Ranch Sanctuary and Rescue.

The 2025 Burro Hike is scheduled for August 31.

ReDONKulous Ranch and Rescue's mission is to transform the lives of animals, to nurture relationships via social activities, to educate future owners regarding the care of each individual animal’s needs & welfare to promote a lasting relationship.

This event made possible thanks to funding from South Park National Heritage Area (a Federal program under the National Parks Service).


The event is FREE to NoLo Members and their families and guests.
